For my analysis documentation, I chose to use the needs assessment and task analysis we created for the Gwinnett County School System related to the Child Find Training. I served as the project manager for this project. I worked with three other team members to complete these two pieces. We used information that Gwinnett County School System provided us to form the needs assessment and task analysis. We developed a module that would allow administrators and counselors to take the Child Find Training online. This allows all administrators and counselors to take the training at a time convenient for them instead of having to make time for multiple face-to-face sessions. This makes the training much more effective and efficient.
